1. Introduction

Welcome to VisaFlow AI. By accessing or using VisaFlow AI software, services, or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VisaFlow AI provides immigration consultant productivity software, research-support workflows, source-backed knowledge assistance, drafting support, and workflow tools for immigration professionals and teams.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Service

VisaFlow AI is a SaaS productivity tool that offers AI-assisted research support, workflow drafting assistance, knowledge organization, and related features for immigration professionals. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

4. Professional Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and exercising professional judgment over all outputs generated by the Service. VisaFlow AI is a productivity tool and does not replace the professional expertise of licensed immigration consultants, lawyers, or authorized representatives.

5. No Legal Advice

VisaFlow AI does not provide legal advice, immigration representation, or legal opinions. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified immigration professional. No attorney-client or consultant-client relationship is created through use of the Service.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized immigration activity.

8. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Use the Service for fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful immigration activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or abuse the Service
• Upload unnecessary sensitive personal data unless required for your own professional workflow
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service

9. Subscription Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Charges may appear on your statement as VISAFLOW. Stripe processes payments on behalf of VisaFlow AI.

10. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges, but access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because digital software access is delivered immediately, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by VisaFlow AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing. VisaFlow AI is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

14. AI Output Disclaimer

VisaFlow AI uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users must review and verify all outputs before relying on them. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice.

15. No Guaranteed Outcomes

VisaFlow AI does not guarantee visa approval, immigration outcomes, IRCC decisions, government processing times, or any specific results. The Service is a productivity tool and does not influence immigration authority decisions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
