Cancellation Policy

Overview

You can cancel your VisaFlow AI subscription at any time. This policy explains how cancellation works and what to expect after.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by:

• Using the account dashboard or customer portal if available
• Emailing wade@visaflow.cloud with your cancellation request

Please include the email address associated with your account in your cancellation request.

What Happens After Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your access to the Service remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Access Until End of Billing Period

After canceling, you will retain full access to your paid features through the remainder of your current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided for the partial period.

No Future Charges

Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for future billing periods.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the payment. Continued failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

Cancellation and Refunds

Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund past payments. Refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy.
