VisaFlow AI provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions. Because access to the Service is delivered digitally and immediately upon subscription, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital products.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Because digital software access is delivered immediately upon payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at wade@visaflow.cloud within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any verified errors.
To request a refund, email wade@visaflow.cloud with your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
